Christopher Anderson, MD, neurologist and epilepsy specialist from the University of Pennsylvania, discusses the new data from the SANTE trial that evaluated deep brain stimulation (DBS) for the treatment of medically refractory seizures. The FDA will be convening an advisory committee on March 12th to decide whether to approved this new indication for DBS.
